Pathfinder Project celebrates success

The East Ayrshire Pathfinder Project recently held an event to celebrate its achievements so far.
The project, which has now been running for three years, aims to use Technology Enabled Care (TEC) to transform health and social care provision in the Irvine Valley, for people aged 65 and over and for those with long-term health conditions.
50 friends of the project were welcomed to Loudon Golf Club to look back on what the project has achieved, including the five solutions that have been implemented to support people in the area.
