KFC charity provides essential support to residents
Kilmarnock Football Club’s ‘Killie Community’ charity worked intensively over the festive break to provide food and essentials for East Ayrshire residents.
Staff and volunteers packed 400 parcels for families, individuals and young people, which were delivered by East Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership colleagues and a host of other agencies.
Family Support Practitioner, Jamie Turnbull, told us more:
“Working in partnership highlighted that the festive period can be challenging for some families and individuals. These packages were well received in the community. Thank you to all at The Killie Community team and the workers at EAHSCP who delivered these parcels to homes over the festive period.”
