Care Opinion explained

Care Opinion is a non-profit organisation that has been leading the way in online, independent feedback since 2005.

It has been used by thousands of people, across all Scottish health boards, to share feedback on services, leading to positive changes in health and social care nationwide.

How Care Opinion works

Head to the Care Opinion website and enter your feedback. Keeping you anonymous, Care Opinion will then send your feedback to the relevant health and social care staff, who will be invited to respond.
