Alcohol

It’s Friday evening, the stress of the week is over and it’s time to relax.

For some of us, a glass of wine in front of the TV or meeting up with friends for drinks can be a great way to unwind and start the weekend.

Drinking might also play a big part in many of our social events, family celebrations, special occasions and more.

While having a drink can be an enjoyable part of life, we all know the negative effects of taking things too far, on both our physical and mental health. This is why it’s so important to get the balance right and make sure our drinking habits don’t get out of hand.

The good news is that cutting down on the alcohol you drink each week can have a drastic effect on everything from your sleep, energy levels, mood, bank balance and more. It might even lead you to finding new activities and hobbies and forming new relationships.
