Intermediate Care Team provides exceptional care following service user’s accident
A service user recently contacted us to share their positive experience of care from our Intermediate Care Team (ICT).
The team were praised for their care and attention following the service user’s accident, which meant they avoided a stay in hospital:
“I had an accident on 12 June. Your Intermediate Care Team visited me on the 13 June and they have been coming to me every day for the last eight to nine weeks. I honestly cannot praise them enough. Nothing was too much bother.
“They needed to wash and dress me and they made me feel very comfortable. I am normally very bodily shy, but they made it very easy for me. Without their care and attention I would have had to be hospitalised. I really can’t praise them enough.
“Everybody that came in was so nice, so caring and so professional. Really – thank you so much. Intermediate Care Team I am a fan.”
