Creative nature crafts
9.30am – 10.30am
- Create bird feeders from apples
- Make a winter tree twig identification dial
- Woven nature art
Guided tree and bird walks
10.30am – 11am
11am – 11.30am
- A short, gentle walk around the hospital grounds
- We will look at the trees and the birds on site
- Suitable for all abilities
Grow your own herbs
12pm – 1.30pm
- Plant herb seeds into compostable pots that you can grow on your windowsill
- They can then be added to your cooking for flavour
