Health Visiting Teams honoured with GREATix Awards
Congratulations go to two of our health visiting teams on receiving NHS GREATix Awards.
GREATix Awards allow staff to nominate fellow colleagues who have demonstrated excellence in their work, promoting a culture of recognition and appreciation.
Health Visiting Support Workers (Dawn Fulton, Rebecca Tenant, Annie Bryden, Lauren Hopes and Louise Taylor) were commended for their motivation and skill in developing a tailored programme for infants and parents as part of the East Ayrshire Colic Pathway.
Our Colic Pathway Team (Natalie Coltart, Jacqui Cattanach, Catherine Martin and Laura Horton) also achieved a GREATix for their development of an evidenced-based colic pathway which enhances clinical outcomes for infants with colic.
These achievements reflect the commitment, compassion and professionalism demonstrated across our services, as well as the strong teamwork that underpins high-quality care.
